Unity 4Teens, Private Provider Approved by the School Board 

The Unity 4Teens (U4T) Youth Development program was initiated in 2011 in response to the growing need for structure, enrichment, and mentoring opportunities for some of Broward’s underserved middle school-age youth. Our program has been designed to help students achieve academic and social success, reduce any risk behaviors present, learn skills to help them grow into self-sufficient, productive adults.

Through our 2Generation approach, we not only have our youth in mind, but we also work with the families. Our success coaches will connect young people – and their families – to essential services and provide follow-up meetings to ensure both young people and their family’s needs are being met.

Activities and Services Offered:

• Learn life Skills.
• Explore career paths.
• Develop leadership skills as they engage and participate in promoting their youth voice.
• Develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Learn how to focus on challenging activities such as being part of our Chess Club.

U4T is a year-round after-school and summer program aiming to help eligible students attending Olsen Middle School in Broward County.
